Dr Sathiya Karthigeyan is a General Paediatrician with more than fourteen years of working experience in Paediatrics and Neonatal medicine. She completed MBBS from Dr M.G.R Medical University, India and post-graduation training, (MD) Masters in Paediatrics from prestigious Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research Centre (PGIMER), Chandigarh, India. Subsequently Dr Karthigeyan moved to Australia and completed her Fellowship, FRACP in Paediatrics. This included working in various specialities including Neonatal units in both Tertiary and Base hospitals in NSW. She has also completed Masters in Public Health at University of Newcastle in 2018.
Dr Karthigeyan is passionate about teaching medical students, and she works as a Senior Lecturer and Discipline Leader for paediatrics at University of Notre Dame at Hawkesbury Campus.
